Introduction and History

Ghost Software was incorporated in December 2003 in the United
Kingdom as a specialist software house, bringing the cost effectiveness of Asian
development resource together with the accelerating demands of enterprise companies
in the United States and Europe. The unique blend of East and West working seamlessly
together is one of the company’s key differentiators. |

Ghost is a New Concept
|

The Ghost Group of companies is a completely new concept in CTI
and VoIP software development and associated activities. In every
case, Ghost will work anonymously for its client and in some cases it will take
on the brand identity of the client itself. In terms of software development –
we are “ghost-writers”. Thus you will never see a Ghost-branded application
anywhere in the world. They all appear branded in the name of our clients. In terms
of support and maintenance, we will act as an overflow for our clients providing
2nd and 3rd line support. And in some cases we do this even though its not our source
code. |

In broad terms, we organise ourselves so that the technical and development human
resources are in Asia whilst the sales, marketing and project management skills
are in the US, UK and Europe. Make no mistake, there is no outsourcing here. All
the people, both in Asia and Europe are hired by and trained by the Ghost Group
of Companies. Each employee signs a fairly onerous contract and a separate NDA with
his or her respective Ghost employer to ensure optimum secrecy and confidentiality.

|
|
We work for a variety of PBX vendors from traditional switch manufacturers to a
variety of IP and soft PBX Vendors. Our work ranges from generic PBX enhancement
work like soft phones, screen pop applications web provisioning systems and voice
recording to bespoke projects for vertical market applications in markets such as
legal, hospital, financial and education. Often we are recommended by the platform
vendors to work with major resellers, particularly in the area of XML applications
which are starting to become a key differentiator between competing platforms. |

Data and Telecom Distributors

We work for a new breed of distributors who have decided to augment their existing
channel with their own brand of software. Essentially, the Ghost Concept translates
as follows: “If you have the channel, we have the software”. |

Software Development Companies
|
|
We work for software companies whose success is the very inhibitor to their growth.
The more customers you have, the less strategic work you can do without having massive
outlay in hiring and training new development and technical staff. What the Ghost
concept does is to solve this at a stroke. Both in terms of development resource
