These people are rented in teams on a fixed monthly fee. Often we include the supply of a Europe-based project Manager to ensure seamless communication between Europe and Asia. Because the “team-hire” concept is capped, it is ideal for the company accountant who can budget this into a yearly cash flow. All we have to do then is to focus on delivering a consistent and predictable quality end product.

• The basic team consist of 5 people(1 Team lead, 2 Developers, 1 Quality Assurance Engineer and 1 Technical Writer)
• You pay a fixed monthly “Hosting” charge
• We can give you 1/3rd of a project manager in UK
• You can increase the team by adding more resource at a fixed monthly cost per head
• The IPRs and source code belong to you

• We can provide support and maintenance for your applications, which were not
developed here
• We can provide 2nd and 3rd line support
• The team consists of support engineers with development skills, QA
engineers and sometimes a Technical Writer
