COACHING MODULE FOR CALL CENTRES

For a leading Quality Monitoring application, written as PC application, we developed an identical system for the web. We used Microsoft Silverlight technology to do this and built an API to integrate into any call recording system of which this module was not yet a part. The system sold all around the world is multi language and allows recorded calls to be assessed by a supervisor and sent back to the agent with clear coaching instructions

MODULES

SCREEN CAPTURE MODULE

When taking credit card payments for example or filling in forms on line it is often necessary to capture what is going on (video), on the agent screen in sync with the telephone conversation. This is the screen capture module referred to above, developed to work alongside a call recorder to achieve such a goal.

API's FOR INTEGRATION

We have developed several Application Programmer Interfaces or SDKs to enable third party developers to integrate their applications to the main product. All technical documentation supplied.

BLUE BOX PACKETIZER

A hardware manufacturer has a product which takes a traditional analogue or digital signal and converts it to IP. We produced the software which flashes the box customising the output to fool a voice recorder that the TDM recording is identical to the IP recording.

QUICKDIAL

Working in both PC and Citrix environments, this screen based dialler is working on many sites around the world but most spectacularly at a worldwide recruitment consultant with over 10,000 users on a Mitel platform from Sydney Australia to New York

DATABASE INTERFACE DRIVERS

By employing a team who do nothing other than develop database drivers we have a library of all the common CRM and contact management database for any type of third party integration.

AUDITING APPLICATION FOR ALCATEL-LUCENT

Subcontracted by the PBX vendor, we developed an auditing and reporting module for the Alcatel-Lucent PBX platform - OmniPCX Enterprise. The reporting and auditing module was an automated solution developed to work with 100s of nodes simultaneously, creating and displaying reports from historical data. The solution had the features like automatic scheduling bandwidth control and working with remote PBXs using Telnet and RADIUS authentication .The end users were Asian Government defence departments.

CALL RECORDING BY CRM CONTACT

With more and more companies optimising the use of their CRM packages, we developed a system whereby you could call for recordings from within a contact page in a CRM. All recordings attributable to this contact would be listed in chronological order

AUDITING APPLICATION FOR ALCATEL-LUCENT

As experts in building applications for IP Phones, we have developed IP Phone equivalents to all the main CTI applications which run a PC. This includes Popping, Dialling (Click to Dial, power and predictive) without the need for a PC as well as A DoorCam application where you can see in the phone who is at the door. You can talk to them and let them in.
