Ghost “Datapop” is now ready
to pop into the PBX channel
Ghost Software has a
comprehensive set of objects
or classes which are the
fundamental building bricks
of most telephony
applications from IVRs to
Intelligent Routing
applications. The focus has
been, however, on telephony
and database integration and
we have now wrapped up our
Datapop product to provide a
simple data popping
application for a most PBXs.
Drivers are available for
most of the popular contact
management databases and any
new driver can be developed
in just 2 weeks, given the
database and proper access.
Ghost has just packaged this
application for a major PBX
player and R&D is continuing
to create integration of the
product into XML IP
Handsets.
