Lee Benning Managing Director (Ghost UK) |
| Lee headed Operations at a leading CTI software house after spending time as Development Manager. He was instrumental in building technical resource in Asia working out how best to integrate East and Western cultures. He was there for 9 years. Prior to this in the early 90's, Lee headed up project development at two recognized software houses designing and developing innovative products during the initial boom of Microsoft Windows and the World Wide Web, one of which included assisting both SME & Corporate businesses to achieve ISO 9002 accreditation. |

Marshall Sherman Chief Executive Officer (Ghost Asia) |
Marshall is a mathematician whose working background has been predominantly in Advertising and Marketing. He spent half his career with 3 of the UK's top 10 Agencies after which he ran his own Advertising Agency. In 1999 following 25 years in marketing, he spent 5 years at in a leading CTI software house specialising in VoIP applications. He now heads up Ghost Asia which is the development and technical engine for the Ghost Group.
When Marshall is not in Asia, he also consults for the UK in sales and commercial matters. |

Imran Uddin Managing Director (Ghost-Asia) |
| Imran has had more than 11 years experience in the IT Industry. He helped a leading UK based CTI software house to successfully establish their Development Centre in Asia and has worked as an Operations Manager for 4 years before becoming a partner in Ghost. He has good knowledge of working in different countries and cultures from Saudi Arabia to the United Kingdom. |

Junaid Abid Chief Technical Officer (Ghost- Asia) |
| Junaid has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. His first management job was to head up a government computer department running application software on the UNIX platform and from there he migrated to application development in the convergent market space where he became UK development manager for a CTI company specialising in soft call centres. Junaid's cross platform experience in both Microsoft and UNIX operating systems and his leadership qualities throughout his career make him the ideal person to take the Chief Technical Officers role in the Ghost Group of Companies. |

Khawar Zaidi Research & Development Director (Ghost- Asia) |
| Khawar was educated at the Institute of Management Sciences where he was placed on the Dean's honour roll. He has industry leading certifications which include Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. These outstanding achievements and more than 5 years experience in associated companies dealing in CTI and VoIP, makes Khawar perfect to lead all of the Research and Development Technologies of the Ghost Group |

Message from the Partners |
Although the Company was incorporated in December 2003, software development didn't begin until midway through 2004 when we set about developing CTI objects or components to speed up bespoke development in this area. Our first real customer came on board in October 2004 and we developed software alongside our own components. As at September 2005 when this was written, we have a list of blue chip clients including PBX and platform vendors, distributors, system integrators and resellers. Today we employ 40 software developers, QA engineers, technical writers and UI engineers in Asia and have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with one of the country's leading IT Universities for us to work in a joint venture to grow our own VoIP and CTI software specialists.
